05/08/2015: Summer Fellowship Awards to Laura, Daniya and Stephen

Congratulations to Laura, Daniya and Stephen for being awarded the Georgetown Environment Initiative Summer Research Fellowships (Laura and Daniyal) and the Chemistry Department's Adams Summer Fellowships (Stephen)! They will conduct 10-week full time research in the lab. Laura will work with Yanyan on developing novel PtCo electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction, Daniyal with Yangwei on synthesizing cubic and octahedral Au@Pt core-shell nanoparticles, and Stephen with Jayden on making small Se- and Te-containing organic ligand stabilized Au clusters. There will be a lot of fun research going on in TongLab in the summer.
